Heavenly Soundworks takes great care in building and delivering quality products. However, if you experience a product malfunction due to manufacturing defects in material and workmanship we will gladly repair or replace your product under the conditions below. The Warranty Period is a period of 5 years from the date of purchase and is transferrable.

Heavenly Soundworks offers a 30-day in-home trial. If you feel the need to return them please contact us via email and we'll provide you with a return label. The products must be returned in the original packaging and must be in the same condition that you received them in. Once we receive the product we will issue a full refund minus shipping costs. (If there are any signs of damage or items missing, a portion of the return will be deducted accordingly) *Sets purchased from tradeshow demos not included*
